YOR GoldMedal

YOR Gold Medal (Ice) is a 1999 Palomino Leopard Gelding out of BCA Treasure Lane by YOR High Noon.

Ice is extremely cowy and athletic. He was Senior High Point Calgary Western Riders Gymnkhana winner for 2005. He appears in the Calgary Stampede Parade every year  and in the Light Horse Pageants at the Calgary Stampede. He has been a cattle penning winner since he was 3 and he competed in the National Penning Finals in 2006.

He has been ridden extensively in the mountains and on many cattle drives and has competed and won in Working Cowhorse, Games, Cattle Classes and Reining at the Canadian Appaloosa Breed Shows. He was a competitor in Ranch Rodeo Competitions. He has won both Pat and Rej buckles in Cattle Penning.

Ice has recently competed in Extreme Cowboy challenges. Check out his video from the Craig Cameron Cowboy Challenge, Calgary  in March 2010.

Ice has been a great ambassador for RPR Appaloosas and we are keeping his 2008 full brother , RPR High Pressure as an RPR Stallion Prospect.
